While lever arms uses all reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on the Site, lever arms makes no warranties or representations as to the Site's accuracy. Lever Arms assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content on the Site. Lever Arms warrants product(s) which have been imported directly by Lever Arms to be in good working condition and free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year, from the original Invoice date unless otherwise restricted below or by the manufacturer's own warranty policy. All other goods are warrantied by the manufacturer. Warranty is extended to the original purchaser only. All warranty claims must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt. Prior to any goods being accepted for warranty service, the buyer must contact Lever Arms(info@leverarms.com) to have a Return Authorization number generated. No items will be accepted by Lever Arms without an RA # being clearly written on the outer packaging of the goods. If an item is received and deemed to have no defect, the item shall be returned by mail at the customers expense.
Defective returns and warranty service will be replaced, exchanged or repaired at Lever Arms sole discretion, and based on vendor's policy. NON-DEFECTIVE merchandise returns may be accepted on some items ONLY within 15 days of the Invoice date, at Lever Arms discretion. All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No refunds will be issued for Surplus arms or ammunition or special order items.
In case of a restricted tranfer being refused by the CFO, Lever arms will provide a reasonable amount of time(30 days generally, assessed case by case) for the buyer to come to an arrangement with the CFO.
